A clearer, ease-filled, and more liberatory path forward.

Anika Pathways partners with nonprofit leaders and organizations to strengthen leadership capacity, organizational sustainability, and workplace culture. Rooted in lived experience and over a decade of organizational and nonprofit leadership, this work integrates coaching, consulting, and workshops to support both individual leaders and the systems they operate within.

I am a justice-centered educator, facilitator, and organizational leader who works at the intersection of people, systems, and sustainability. With a background spanning higher education, nonprofit executive leadership, and community-based learning, I support individuals and organizations navigating transition, growth, and burnout.

My work blends teaching, facilitation, and strategy, grounded in relationship, clarity, and care. I have designed and led learning experiences focused on racial justice, leadership development, and organizational wellness, and I am deeply committed to building systems that honor the fullness of people while supporting accountability and long-term impact. I believe in transformation that is practical, relational, and rooted in integrity.
