  • Black, Indigenous, People of Color are required to prove their worth, especially as it relates to the intersections of their identities and how they are perceived within society. This is often actualized through “the hustle”, participating in grind culture, and it is upheld by generational trauma that is conditioned as a work ethic. This leads to hyper-achievers who use their success, roles, and responsibilities to feel valued and loved and to avoid failure and disappointment.

I am a justice-centered educator, facilitator, and organizational leader who works at the intersection of people, systems, and sustainability. With a background spanning higher education, nonprofit executive leadership, and community-based learning, I support individuals and organizations navigating transition, growth, and burnout.

My work blends teaching, facilitation, and strategy, grounded in relationship, clarity, and care. I have designed and led learning experiences focused on racial justice, leadership development, and organizational wellness, and I am deeply committed to building systems that honor the fullness of people while supporting accountability and long-term impact. I believe in transformation that is practical, relational, and rooted in integrity.
